Silent auction

Phone bidding with no accounts, auto-bidding, and outbid alerts.

The silent auction is built around the bidder's phone. They browse the catalog, bid in two taps, and get told the moment they're outbid — no app, no account.

Enter your items

Each item has a name, description, photos, a starting bid, and a bid increment. Add them one at a time from the admin console.

Bidding without accounts

A guest's first bid asks for their name, email, and phone. After that, a cookie remembers them and every later bid is a single tap. They can set a maximum bid and let the system bid up to it on their behalf.

Outbid notifications

When someone is outbid, AuctionCake notifies them by email and SMS so they can come back and raise. Auto-bids fire in the same moment, so the catalog keeps moving without anyone refreshing.

Closing out

When you close the auction, winners are picked, notified, and pushed to the cashier station so they can settle up. The status board shows the final state on the screen.
