Sponsorships run end to end: a business picks a level, uploads a logo, and pays; you approve it; their logo appears on the public wall and any included tickets and tables are already reserved in their name.

Create levels — Presenting, Gold, Silver, Bronze, Supporter — each with a price, a list of benefits, and an optional grant of tickets and reserved tables. The tier controls how prominently the sponsor shows on the public wall.

Sponsors buy and upload

A sponsor picks a level, enters their display name, uploads a logo, and adds an optional website and tagline. They pay through your processor on a 14-day invoice.

Approve before publishing

Paid sponsorships land in an approval queue. You see the logo, the company name, and the submitted website before anything goes public — a checkpoint that keeps the wall clean. One click publishes; an unapprove pulls it back.

Auto-granted tickets and tables

If a level includes tickets or tables, they're created automatically when the payment clears, linked to the sponsor's contact, and ready in your seating board — no second transaction.
