Tickets & seating
Sell tickets, capture attendee details, and seat the room — one connected flow.
Tickets in AuctionCake go from sale to seating chart without re-keying anything. A guest buys online, fills in who's coming, and you drag them onto a table.
Set up ticket types
Define each type — General Admission, Patron Couple, Table of Eight — with its price, how many seats it includes, an optional sales window, and an optional per-purchase cap. Types you mark inactive, or whose sales window has passed, drop off the public page automatically.
Guests buy online
Your ticket page lists what's on sale. A buyer picks a quantity, enters their contact info, and gets a hosted invoice from your Stripe or Square account. No account, no password.
Capture attendees
After payment, every seat becomes an attendee placeholder. The receipt email links the buyer to a private form where they fill in each guest's name, email, dietary notes, and seating preference. They can return to it any time in the 60 days before the event.
Seat the room
Build your table layout once, then drag attendees onto tables on the seating board. Capacity is enforced, sponsor reservations are marked, and reseating on the night of is a single drop.
Related: Sponsorships (sponsor packages can include tickets and reserved tables).
